Latest news - aliens have invaded Overseas Union Garden (O.U.G.) in search for good coffee! But no worries OUG residents, you don't have to lock your doors. The only doors these aliens will be entering are the ones in Doors Cafe, cause here is where you can get good coffee! :)

Doors Cafe is based in the township atop a hill at a row of decades-old shops, in between a wine and antique shop. With cement walls / floors and cozy yellow lightings, there is many empty spaces for local artists to display their works here, besides the beautiful drawing of a female alien barista at the window serving coffee to an alien gentleman at the door, who is clearly in love with [ the female alien / coffee ]. Share your choice and reasoning below! :)

Besides art sharing, Doors Cafe plans to place few music players with headphones at the long table at the entrance, to allow local artists to share their music with melody-loving patrons. These local artists can opt to sell their soundtracks here too. Way to be an encouragement for our local artists! :)

Rejoice OUG residents, you now have a good coffeehouse in your backyard, besides Butter + Beans at OUG that is located one row away! Doors Cafe serves all the espresso-based coffee, but not the flavorings added ones (why disrupt the perfect coffee aroma by adding artificial ones rite?) :)

Coffee beans are procured from micro roasters and with the help of a La Scala coffee machine, caffeiniacs is served with Doors Cafe's original house blend.

Kitchen is still in progress at the moment, but cakes are available to be savored. Try the Hummingbird, a sponge cake with pineapple and banana layers in between, coated with coconuts frosting.

Besides coffee, there are quality teas and infusions brought to you by the premium tea brand, teapigs. The caffeine-free varieties are Super Fruit, Caramel Rooibos, and Lemon + Ginger.

Verdict:

A cozy and comfy cafe in the middle of the mature and quieter OUG residential neigbourhood, serving good coffee. Even aliens can't resist! :)
