Environment:
What's the delicacy Klang is well known for, yet is what doctors fear most for their patients? Bak Kut Teh! Fortunately, Green Sprout Cafe is here to provide some healthy vegetarian food for the Klang folks :)
Spot the vege-dolls hanging on the entrance to the kitchen.
A simplistic interior, Green Sprout Cafe has vegetable-shaped soft toys placed around the cafe. Spot them all, and share with other caffei-niacs the total number of vege-dolls you have found by leaving a comment below :)
There are sofas at the back part of the cafe, with more vege-dolls.

Food & Beverage:
As guessed by the name, Green Sprout Cafe serves vegetarian food. Lunch sets are available from 11am to 2pm daily, consisting of a main course, a drink (tea/lemongrass), and a cup of fruits, all for a cost of only RM 9.90! How about that to encourage Klang folks to have something healthy for lunch? :)
Lunch sets - Multigrain Porridge (top) and Miso Soba (bottom).
Besides providing vegetarian dishes, Green Sprout Cafe is also famous for their desserts, hi-tea style! After having a healthy meal, you won't feel guilty to indulge in some sinfully sweet in-house pastries and confectioneries :)

These desserts come in sets too! You could choose either a 'High Tea Set', which includes 4, 8, or 15 types of desserts with a pot of tea or coffee, available all day long; or a 'Coffee Dessert Set', which includes a selection of dessert (brownies, cheese cakes, pies, puffs, croissants, raisins) with a cup of coffee (Americano, Cappucino or Latte), available 2pm onwards.
In house pastries and desserts is what Green Sprout Cafe famous for.
During my visit, I was privileged to be able to try the chef's new creation - a potential new dessert, truffles! (shown in the above picture, the two brown candies that looks like Ragnarok's mascot - Poring) I will definitely be back for these once they have been added into Green Sprout's desserts arsenal!

Green Sprout Cafe usually has special offers for these hi-tea set on Groupon, such as this. Do share out information with other dessert fans by adding a comment below if you spot another Groupon offer from Green Sprout Cafe!
Seeds and nuts: healthy snacks for you to munch anytime of the day.
And finally, Green Sprout's Artistsan coffee! Barista's advice is to take it black (Americano) to fully savor the taste of the beans, though the other usual ones are also available. Green Sprout Cafe also has coffee (cappuccino / latte) that are mixed with organic soy (very thoughtful for those with lactose intolerance), honey, and herbs (rose, peppermint and lavendar).
Honey Cappuccino (top left), Organic Soy Cappuccino (top right), and Americano (bottom).

Verdict:
Healthy vegetarian food is a change of pace from the Klang's usual famous dish. Bitterly good black coffee to compliment Green Sprout Cafe's delicious desserts, making them even more savory. Ladies, time to head on down here for some hi-tea!
